Abstract
This study delves into the intricate relationship between organizational policies and various dimensions of employee well-being in the dynamic context of Delhi National Capital Region (NCR). A sample size of 517 participants was collected to represent the diverse workforce in Delhi NCR. Data analysis was done using SPSS to identify factors in context to the Indian database. It started with EFA, then reliability and validity of factors were tested. AMOS was used for CFA followed by SEM to test model and hypothesis. The findings of the study reveal significant direct relationships between organizational policies and both work-life satisfaction and work interference with personal life. The mediation analysis further underscores the crucial role played by peer support, lifestyle and health, work-family enrichment, and family-work enrichment in shaping the impact of organizational policies on employee well-being. These mediating variables serve as essential conduits through which organizational policies influence the intricate balance between work and personal life. The study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on organizational behavior and provides valuable insights for organizations seeking to foster a supportive and enriching work environment in the unique context of Delhi NCR.
