Abstract
This article provides an overview of Artificial Intelligence, its origination, its growth with the time being, and how people have understood its importance in various business sectors. Humanized AI is an upcoming topic which discusses the widespread use of AI in human lives and how it behaves in one’s manner. AI’s assistance in a humanized way helps humans to see machines, behave in their way and bring positive changes. Consumers’ experience with AI has been discussed significantly.
